Receptionist – IMU College

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors at IMU College. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced academic environment.
Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to email inquiries
– Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized reception space
– Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges according to security protocols
– Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations
– Support administrative tasks for various departments as needed
– Update and maintain office supplies inventory
– Ensure all front desk procedures comply with college policies
Qualifications
– Bachelor degree preferred
– 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferably in English and Arabic
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn college-specific software
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
– Professional appearance and positive demeanor
– Experience in an educational setting is a plus
Work Schedule
– Full-time, Saturday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
